Small group fitness training  is available throughout the week.

Small group training classes (45 min) are forming now in Johnstown for the following times:

Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, Saturday and Sunday at 7:30am

Olympic weightlifting and conditioning sessions are available by appointment. Train with a champion.

Bring friends to group fitness training with Cat!

Unlimited classes are $60/month. You WILL see and feel positive results physically and psychologically!

Police/fire/military rate is $50/month unlimited.

Drop-in rate (pay as you go) is $10 per class.

    Would love to know the schedule and locations of upcoming small group classes. I work out at least 5 days a week but need that extra push.
